Need Brake Help!
Alright guys I need to purchase some new pads and rotors. Car is a 2013 SS. It currently has some Hawk Street compound pads that squeal something terrible! I wanted some recommendations as to what pad and rotor combo under $1000 I can go with. I was thinking tbi kit but not sure on quality and if they would squeal.

That deal looks pretty good actually.
I have these and they've been great. Contact their rep here or on their site and I'm sure they can get you a good deal. I got all rotors and pads as a package and zero squeal. They look pretty darn good also. I've gotten many compliments. https://www.stillen.com/brakes/brake...et-camaro.html Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I do have to say that the pads I received weren't perfect out of the box. I had to take my dremel to them and round off the edges. My guess is they aren't cleaned up after being cast or made.
Dust from them is minimal and they do work well. No issues after installation. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

what are you looking do with your Camaro? all street driving? do you autocross? track days? These are all very important in making your decision on what brakes to go with.

I agree function should be considered but 98% of 'modders' do things for looks. Improved functionality is usually a bonus, lol.
