Any guesses why MRT would do this?
Got a version 2 cat-back, went over everything to make sure all is well. Can anybody explain why a aftermarket company would intentionally have cutouts in the mid pipe into a chamber(middle part) with no exits?
What dumbfounds me is, on there 2010-2015 cat back, they do not have this... they do have what looks to be a small 3" bracket to keep it together, and I'm sure that has a cutout which is fine, it's small and it's not restrictive. But for the 2016-2023 they use the middle chamber as a collector of gasses, anybody else find this strange? |

I've had the v2 installed since like 2017. anything it is doing to reduce drone isn't working.
