Just curious, I get it's follow the leader but how fast does the beginner group run?
At the end of the day so many people had left from the novice group that there were only 3 of us running in the last session, without instructors, and I was hitting 120 on the straightaway.

Once you are comfortable being alone, you're allowed to be alone. You're only required to stay behind the instructor for the first few sessions.

I was in the newb group. Brakes were acting strange all day. Had Dot4 put in it the week before. Not sure if there's air in the lines or what. Was taking it easier that I wanted to. Was cruising most of the day in the back of the pack.

The fun and excitement of running at NCM was WITHOUT MEASURE!! The experience FAARRR Exceeded my expectations!! Can't say enough about what a GREAT JOB the HOD instructors and their volunteer coaches did with all of us beginners. By the last laps I was running 100 across the back and 118 across the front straightaway. It was a UNBELIEVABLE BLAST!!!!

CAN'T WAIT for next year. MAYBE 2 Track Days????

Only thing that would have made it better was if I was driving.

Can't thank my sister Becky enough for this ride.

This is what makes it truly fun, as you don't feel pressured, but at the same time you are pushing yourself and your car to 'your' limits as a driver.

Thanks for the info. Definitely gonna try to make that happen next year.

After watching that , I am turning in my Camaro, buying a mo-ped, and going to sit in the corner and contemplate taking the bus.

Awesome driving Becky, I aspire to be half that good in the future.
Turns 10-12,,, I NEVER figured out. Sinkhole.... Where did the road go?????
Had a hell of a good time. Thanks to all of you who helped put this on.
Next year....... its on.
