20hp at what RPM? Also regarding the inlet hole, are there any obstructions in the grill blocking airflow or is it unblocked? When checking my car from the outside grill it seems pretty obstructed from what I can see. Am I wrong?

There is a block-off you have to remove. Its held in with plastic push clips.
