GM has been pretty tight lipped on how to tweek(i'e' increase performance) with the ELSD as there's issues with the multiple factory stock programming that "limits" a ZL1 M6's max take off torque.

If you don't know already there are multiple electronic systems that interact with the ELSD within microseconds. If you also look at most Gen6 Drag Teams their swapping out for the traditional 9in rear axle for ease of tweeking and durability. If the ELSD is so great why isn't it in the Gen6 COPO???

Its disappointing that GM Performance has taken a step forward with their Drag Strip Projects, (reprogramming Tunes, TCM's etc) yet ignores their current M6 Customers.

I hope that eventually GM performance will loosen up their tight lipped stance on programming, where a Owner/Racer can make his/her own adjustments to the electronic controls, (without using 3rd party access), that are currently limiting the ZL1's performance.

Come on GM. ITS A TRACK ORIENTED CAR NOT A PRIUS!!!
