DRL
I looked but could not find anything on this. Can the dealer program the turn signals to be on as DRLs? I remember that this was possible on the 5th gen.

No, its set up the way it is due to NHTSA standards; Turn signal has to be a certain luminescence & color, and so many inches from any DRL if you want both of them on.
Rules are complicated, but easy to find. |
