The ZL1 Camaro is an awesome performance machine. But there is always room for improvement. This Anderson Composite 2016-2018 Camaro Carbon Fiber ZL1 Style Hood looks like your factory hood but, it is made entirely out of carbon fiber. The carbon fiber construction of this hood will remove excess weight from the front of your car and with its enlarged opening this hood will remove more unwanted under hood heat to increase the power and performance of your ZL1. This hood also features carbon fiber bracing to add strength and keep weight down.

Yes, it will add extra clearance for the supercharger.
A guy is using this hood with a 2.9 Whipple.

It uses OE mounts. So it should just bolt-on.
