Speed engineering headers
Why are they so cheap?
Has anyone had a 1st hand bad experience with them?

There are several threads in the first 2 pages of this section that will answer your question.
They are cheap because they are manufactured in China. They are a thinner wall header compared to more expensive brands. Fitment seems to be hit or miss...when they fit its like striking gold, when they don't it's like you sent money via friends and family on FB and got ripped off. lol

A guy is too lazy to do a search and then b*tches about responses which are factual.
Very small % of C6 made in China. Even the TSP headers have variation. Oh well, ramble on....

I have their 1 7/8" headers w/ x-pipe kit. Had a harder time getting the stock manifolds out than I did getting the headers in. They fit like a glove. My only recommendation is to go with different clamps. the ones that came with the kit kept loosening up on me no matter how tight they were. New clamps are good with no issues in 3 weeks so far I have on them.
