I just passed 16k, and my tires are still pretty good. I'm debating either the COMP-2 A/S or the PS4S next.

I got 25k out of mine, but 90% of my daily drive is highway.

If the car won't see any snow PS4S (the successor of the PSS) is the best street tire IMO for longevity, dry/wet traction, noise comfort and price. It should be fine for mild track/auto-x use also.
