Anybody add leather seats to a 1SS?
Weighing my possibilities if the SS 1LE ends up being priced to high, or if I can't fit comfortably in the sets. So plan B would be buying a 1SS and building it up myself.
The cloth is actually nicer than I thought it would be, but I was thinking about doing a Katskins or similar kit if I go this route. If you did it, what kit did you use? What was the cost of the kit? What did the dealer/shop charge for installation? |

What do you need to know? That's my link of my 1ss. Did it through the dealer I bought the car from. Was fine my a local shop. Now it's not near the nice quality of the 2ss leather but it is very nice.. Much better than the cloth in my opinion. And for $599 I'm happy

I didnt really research it but was told the leather I had installed was actually about $1100 but the dealer had already agreed on the price i was told so they had to eat the additional cost. Who knows but the leather seems like a very nice quality to me. Im happy also.

Go with Katzkin seat covers. They are much higher quality than OEM, and you can get them fully customized. I had them on my 2012 camaro and they were awesome. I'll be putting them on my 2016 as well.
