Hood vent colors
I'm not a big fan of the shiny plastic black of the hood vents, going to paint them, just can't decide on a color. Thinking about painting to match the wheels(stock silver), but just not sure. I'm not very good at figuring out what colors go well together, or visualizing the final look. Which is ironic since I mix all the paint at our shop and can match existing paint like a savant.
So I'm looking for color suggestions to go with my NFG SS. I just want to add a little pop to my hood, without being too "Here I am, look at me". So? If you can pick any color to go with NFG, what would it be? If you happen to know the color's paint code, please include it. We use Color-Max, so have over 9,000 chips on hand to choose from. Which is part of the reason I can't decide! Too many choices. |

Trying out the wheel color. It really does pop nicely. For anyone interested, the paint code for the stock silver wheels is WA569F, Sterling Silver Metallic.

Not sure how much I like this. Did something similar when I was 16, outgrew it.
Probably looks better in person I would imagine. If you like it, great! Own it man!

The pics don't do it justice, they really don't. I do like it, a lot! It really looks good without being too ostentatious. I'm not a man but I'll own it cause I love it.
