I'm actually leaning away from aux lines since it will leak garunteed according to a few yt vids. So lt4 pump or something a little better, or lt4 pump with v boost.

No issues with my DSX aux fuel pump and lines. Most that are leaking can be traced back to poor installation. (don't believe everything you see on U-tube )

LT4 in tank with a JMS voltage booster will carry you for a good bit so that might be a decent starting point.

Port is so close in price, with a used lt4 pump you think I can skip the aux line for 750 hp?

If you are going port injection then no need for aux fueling... especially if your end goal is a 750hp max. LT4 pump for the low side should be sufficient. JMS booster to be sure.

Just as another data point, I'm running an LT4 low+high, LT4 injectors and JMS based setup, very close to 750 rwhp and it works like a charm, injector pulse width is at 5.3-5.4 ms, low side pressure is super steady, so there is some reserve still.

As stated above by several members, no need for inconveniences such as an aux low side pump or another ECM to control port injection at this power level... but if you want crazy high hp like Josh, you need a wilder setup

Port injection still pulls fuel from the tank so you still need the same low side upgrade as you would with DI. I would error on the side of Possibly needing a little more since you are now trying to supply 16 injectors and more fuel line. That equals more volume to fill.

I would consider the SMG Big Boy drop in pump instead of the LT4. Guys are supposedly getting over 900whp with this pump on E60.

And this was my original idea without the voltage booster, but the freaking hpfp is crazy expensive right now

I'd recommend looking at some of the dual pump systems out there. I haven't tried any yet (other than the FORE) but I think Deachworks just released one and there was another company whose name escapes me (I'll post if I can remember).

You don't need to install a full return system, just run one pump off the factory controller and run the second one with PWM off the port controller which let you maintain a "Returnless" system using the stock fuel lines. Keeps it fairly simple for up to 1K RWHP on full E

I am not even sure what 650 -700 hp will be like so I am excited for the bargain I got.
If you’re keeping the stock pistons you might want to stay in the 650 WHP range. It seems to be a great spot where the stock bottom end has a good chance of surviving and the car will be fun to drive. I know some have pushed the SBE further….and many end up with premature engine builds.

Yeah I have seen this pump set up, wasnt sure what all was needed.
What else is required for it? Comes with both pumps and works with current lines?

I mean in retrospect, looking at the tune cost and install later, I am really leaning again on just going for your setup and getting the drop ins now.

See and that makes me want to just bite the bullet and spend a little more for this setup:

Lower Pump https://deatschwerks.com/products/9-000-7003
REFLEX+ https://toohighpsi.com/products/reflex
BOSCH Extended 800cc/min https://toohighpsi.com/products/genu...-fuel-injector

turbos https://www.huronspeed.com/products/...turbo-kit-race
Piston/Rod https://gwatneyperformance.com/produ...BoCs5IQAvD_BwE
wideband O2 still looking

I guess the final question here is, what is a safe HP for the build?
