I'm looking for as much as I can make with the DSX low side, and OEM short block and high-pressure pump. I'm switching my current build to 108 oct. at the track and am wondering if this controller can help. I'm also thinking about the JMS booster.

You won't need to run 108 with the THPSI port injection, E85 will get you there without the expense of 108 your talking about.
