After some weather ice delays from Texas, I received my Rotofab intake with oiled filter and installed yesterday. The level of fit and finish and even the packaging really impressed me from the install. I like how the filter box is fully enclosed from the engine bay and even seals up to the factory rubber bumper air intake seal. Took the extra time to change out to the red emblem. Overall, satisfied and the intake noise is loud!

Finally got a chance to get her out to a track day at Streets of Willow CCW. My best time in my 5th gen was a 1:29.7 and I beat that time by almost 5 seconds with a best of 1:25.9 and I feel there is a lot more room to improve! The 1LE felt planted and stable in the turns and gave me a lot of confidence. Great driving car for sure!

question about the wrap. if you did the hood/roof, what is keeping you from doing the trunk lid as well? i feel like it is missing given the direction so far.

I havent decided if I want to go with a wing for track yet so I will probably swap out to a stock non-1LE trunk which is what I will wrap black, but not quite there yet haha

Ever since I bought the car, I envisioned a look to help the 19 front end. The Drake Muscle canards have been backordered since December and didn't look to be restocked any time soon. Finally found a set on here thankfully and got them installed this weekend along with some white LED side markers. The install was pretty easy although it took some repositioning and adjustment of the side brackets to sit properly. The right side definitely fit better than the left side. Overall, happy with the look and makes the front end way more aggressive now!

Saturday project: took advantage of the heat and painted my BMR strut bar Duplicolor Chevrolet Orange which is surprisingly a very close match to the factory Orange Crush.
Added a GM performance decal from A-Z graphics and installed in 5 minutes, may not have much performance benefit but looks awesome in the engine bay!

The GM parts bin runs deep, part number 13574802 is a door striker cover that comes on everything but the 6th gen Camaro for some reason, fits like a charm.

Found this second hand a gloss black rear trunk valance made by Arkin who is no longer in business with a metal OEM Hot Wheels decal. Pretty sweet and solid, fit the shape of the trunk perfectly and adds a little contrast to the rear.

Mounted my new Stance SF11 wheels in dual brushed gunmetal finish that are rotary flow forged and weigh in at about 25 lbs a wheel in custom 1LE offsets (20x10 +20, 20x11 +40). Really digging the new look and stance!
