Lt1/Lt 1le 2pc front rotors

Hi fellas, I know most people won’t care about this but I have been trying to source a 2pc front rotor for my Lt1 trim car. Bumbleboy92 was kind enough to make a nice chart of rotor size for us on this page. Gm used a bunch of different sizes. It seems the Lt1 and the Lt 1le use the same 12.6 front rotor (321/30mm). Can find 321/30 rotors online. Seems like from Audi’s which are 5x112. My question is could I get a SS1le aluminum center hat and buy a 321/30mm rotor ring to fit it? I guess bolt pattern on rotor ring vs center hat would be the question….. thoughts….

I have looked at upgrading the front brakes on my 2LT RS I have the JL9 which by this chart are the same size as the J55. I had a difficult time even finding a better rotor for track days let alone a two piece. Not sure what the purpose of the two piece would be as a daily driver but I think the best course to upgrade is look for a J6M unit for sale from someone upgrading to J6H. There are a few out there.

If you’re trying to stick on the OEM 321 size, it would be tricky. I don’t believe the SS hats would fit but I’ve not seen the Audi rotors.

I do know that on the GM side, their spec pages are all over the place. I tried looking to make similar charts for the Cadillac and Corvette but the official specs were off by a few mm. Without confirming size I didn’t think I should put out the info.

This is what I had mocked up for the C8 but it isn’t complete and may not be correct. I don’t know what the E-Boost is but if it’s just rotors you could check it out since it’s supposedly 2-piece for the same size

So I’ve been doing a little more research on this. Looks like the c8 base uses the 12.6 rotor that the “older” lt1 cars use. FRONT ROTOR ONLY

The “newer” lt1’s like mine with bigger 13.6 rotors and bigger calipers with “torx” fasteners share the c8 z51 rotors. FRONTS ONLY

Do you have info on which is the first model year that "newer" LT1's get the 13.6 rotors?

As per my previous post link below, I did believe that LT1 front brake size increased from 12.4 to 13.6 sometime after they were initially released as my 2023 appears to be 13.6 but I wasn't sure which year this happened on ?

Bumblebee's sizing chart is awesome info, but it bothered me that it didn't seem to match what my 2023 LT1 had for front brake size so if we can get this confirmed it would be great to know.
