Good stuff. It will probably go mid 9s this fall. And we are still talking stock ported castings ! The cam really isn’t super wild either

An A8 at the same weight/same setup would probably go quicker. That car is 3-400 lbs lighter than the next fastest comparable heads cam a8. It’s also likely on better fuel and has a very aggressive high ram intake that is more tailored to a strip only car as it sacrifices a lot of power below 3500

What do you want to talk about? The static 13.5:1 compression? The Q16 gas out of small fuel cell? The 9” rear with 4.56 gears? The cutout rear (which is why it has the metal plate instead of rear seats. No AC, no power steering, no exhaust, undisclosed transmission mods?

But yea I mean its “just” heads and cam and its super mild cam... wink wink, nudge nudge....

Do you think the low end sacrifice is really that bad in this setup? The runners are only an inch shorter than a ported msd, and the way these motors make torque down low, I feel that might be an easy compromise.

I've scoured the internet for a syno of thisnaetup and only found one.... and I dont believe it gave a fair representation of the cam... lots of dyno excuses and uncorrected numbers

I'd like them swap in a th200 or th350, since they have that holley, and really let er rip.

9" rear end...Mark Williams has really nice third members. But not a daily driver for sure.... Nice deal though.... They are very affordable with all their prices.

Maybe you can put my foot in my mouth. can you show me where TSP claims that the only modifications done to the car were the heads and cam package? The closest thing I can find is where they say the car isn't gutted.... which it clearly is not.
