Mbrp exhaust and check engine light on
Hey guys, i have the mbrp exhaust on my 17 SS 1le.
Now the check engine light stays on. What do I need to do to get this turned off but not affect my other check engine light sensors?? Thanks |

hook a reader to it and see code? Probably just a leak. Cat or axle back? Code typically is forward, not rear.

If it's a catback might have a leak up front. No reason an axleback would get you a CEL.

Does your camaro have the feature which allows stealth mode, etc? Just took my 2017 1ss to the shop to have an mbrp race cat back installed. Mechanic said that the last 2017 camaro ss he put a flowmaster on caused a CEL to come on for something with the fuel pump. Weird. Hoping this doesn't happen to me.

probably a leak. installed same exhaust on my m6 no codes. been about 3 weeks

It's a leak recheck your clamps, pull your negative off the battery and try again
