I saw that flap, but was trying to pull the latch instead of pressing it. Thanks for this.

I have the exact same issue on my 2018 2SS. I will check for tags.

just to chime in here, this problem might be similar to my thread

we think its the cabin air vents and we are pretty close to getting a fix

the key thing is if the sound goes away when you turn on the hvac system and create positive pressure in the cabin. If that is the case, then go to this other thread and help us think of a fix
