Can't unlock the doors with button

That's right. I use to be able to unlock my doors by touching the door handle button. Once for driver door, again for passenger door.

Now all I get is the orange lights in front flash three times.

I know it's trying to tell me something, but what.

No problem unlocking with the fob, either fob.

Maybe I shut something off in the infotainment settings, but I give up.

2019 2SS Camaro 49xx miles on it.

I really want the door handle buttons to work again.

Maybe something is wrong??

Thanks for any help!

Well if it was me I would do a reboot. Disconnect Battery
If that doesn’t work, hit the reset button in info centre that says return to factory settings.
Next option dealership

When you disconnect the battery, it has to be for at least 15-20 mins.

I believe there may be a setting that allows you to change the preference for the door handle button (driver's door, both doors, or off). I can't remember for sure as it's been a while since I've been in those settings. You may want to scroll thru them before disconnecting the battery. Good luck!

Yes, there is a setting, but it's for disabling the buttons. If you hold down both lock and unlock buttons on the fob for about 5seconds, it will disable the door handle buttons.

I thought I read somewhere if you hold down on the two fob buttons, lock and unlock at the same time for 5seconds or so, the Windows would go down. Well I tried that several times and must have quit trying on the lockout part of it, as you enable the buttons on the handles the same way.

The Windows will go down if you push and hold the unlock button on the fob.

Helps to read the manual. But there is so much to these cars, it's mind boggling.
