I was saying the same in another thread. We are lucky here, but its almost the 3rd biggest city so no shock I guess.

Dyno numbers are in. Will pick up the car tomorrow morning.
stock it dyno'd around 520hp after all that work, 632whp @5400rpm 703tq @3750rpm says the weak point is heat on the headers with all the back pressure since I still have the stock factory exhaust. I'll probably do a corsa extreme in a few months or something. I forgot to ask how much boost they were running with the smaller pulley. But depending on how it runs and stuff I can always retune later for higher or lower after that exhaust is added. |

5400 rpm is nothing, you should easily be around 720-730 rwhp or above at 6500-ish rpm. Hope they didn't abort the pull because there is an issue with the car in higher rev ranges.

9psi of boost...I was under the impression that by going with the smaller pulley I'd be able to make back that 10-11psi it was making stock back in indy.
that explains why I'm 630ish instead of 700+ most likely at this point I'll probably retune for that higher number somewhere else with the addition of the corsa extreme exhaust |

Did you get uncorrected numbers or corrected numbers? From looking at your profile, your in CO, you elevation is high. Your going to make much less power there. Forgive me if I didnt read correctly

Boost is just a restriction. With the addition of the cam, your using 1-2lbs of boost that would of been a restriction before. So that 9lbs could of went down to 7, with the pulley it brought it back up to 9. So your making more power with the added airflow, *you didn't lose boost per say, the engine is just now able to use it*

Yes, I understand that I'll be making less power. Those are SAE numbers. However, to me, I only had the car for a month before it got upgrades and most of it was here in CO. Now I've been without it for nearly a month & it's making 110hp more than I sent it in with. I'll feel the difference for sure. So will the other cars around here that wanna try me...lol
