What is this thing????

Looked into the front suspension and saw this orange rubber bushing kinda thing, is this the bump stop? its actually on the spring and it looks like its keeping the spring tensioned, does everyone else's car have this?

Thats what they put on the front suspension for transport onto the trucks for more front end ground clearance your dealer should have removed those during PDI

I would call the dealer that you bought it from and complain and ask for the manager. The crazy part is thar there is a sticker on the window of the car when it comes off the truck telling them to remove those front suspension blocks

Oops, I guess completely satisfied may not make it on the survey.

Just jack up the front end and you can easily pull them out, but save them in case you ever need to put it on a flatbed truck.

may have been partially my fault...they said they could PDI the car and have me pick it up on Monday, but I wanted to pick it up right away so I guess they rushed the PDI

Wtfff.. not safe for driving. Do not corner hard, theft obviously keep the springs from depressing under weight, they're too keep the suspension raised like when the car is jacked up -to keep the be able to drive up the transport semi truck ramp & not scrape..

Back to the dealer asap big screw up big safety f up. And can damage car. I'm surprised no 'service suspension ' notification popped up on the dash if you were driving

I'd never noticed this "baby winged foot" before on the tires. Have to look now...in the lower left of the OP's photo of shipping spacer below

OMG! Super dealer screw up! My salesman took those out of my glove box, showed and told me what they were for, and to use when flatbed towing. So my salesman knew this, they all should. So what if you were in a hurry to drive it off the lot. For the dealer, this should be no different than letting you try to drive away with just 3 wheels! Not a road-worthy condition. Hopefully it didn't hurt your MRR shocks. Make sure they aren't leaking fluid.

Wow ... had my car up doing brake fluid flush for a track day and saw these .... glad I found this thread. unbelievable.... and I was upset they hadn’t put the end caps for the spoiler on ... smh....

Those are "tread edge indicators." It lets you know if your tire is being used to, but not beyond its design limit. Alignment and especially inflation pressures are correct if you reach the edge of these "wingfoots" - at the track of course.
