Balancer install for my whipple

I cant figure out how to stop crank from spinning to torque the new arp bolt can someone please help !

Assuming auto? For the manual I just did the same as the bolt removal.

There’s a tool that can lock the flex plate, or you can just give it the ugga-dugga method.

Probably 2.5 ugga-duggas.

easy on the M6, for the auto, I'd look at removing so access plate and holding the flexplate with the universal huge screw driver. For the other engines that I race, I know it is hand tight + 90 degrees, it just took years to understand that.. LOL.

Well I think it's all screwed up now. I went to pull the balancer back off and just the weight part came off and left the back plate of the balancer connected to the hub.now I have to buy a new arp bolt because you are supposed to o ly use them once ah **** man

Why wasn't the hub bolted down to the pulley before installing?
