Keep C6 Vette or Get 16 camaro

Racking my brains out the last few days... Got it in my head to get rid of my 2006 corvette with 43,300 miles and get a 2016 camaro 2SS WITH 7,000 miles on it... Ive had the vette for awhile but I would have to trade in vette to get the camaro but such a hard choice... family and friends say hell No which makes it harder.
And vette has a killer sterio i installed.. Im into my music. lol

Found this camaro as i seem to like white on a lot of newer car's, and dealer gave me a great deal as i still owe on the vette.. and there are some things that i get tired of on my vette like the overly heavy steering.. Once in awhile it will cure itself for few hours then back to heavy steering and could never locate problem and gave up on that.. And then there is the Im always getting complimented on mine.. so it makes it hard to decide... Dealer will be calling me in morning..

Thing is my LS3 is just as fast as a new 6th gen SS. The Corvette def handles better due to its weight. Much better visabability in the Corvette as well. So... unless Im getting a great deal on the SS Im probably keeping my Corvette as well. And we all know the new 19 SS isnt a looker either.

Do you think an ls3 vette would put down a quicker lap? I bet it would be close

I’d probably give a slight edge to the ls3 vette at the strip. An edge to the SS on a road course

A base Corvette you are prob right. But a GrandSport Corvette is a good 5 sec a lap faster than a base LS3. So if it was a GS the GS def faster than a base SS on track. And even at the strip.
