Never really thought about what was "most" American. I always figured either it was American or it wasn't.

But, I will buy my next Camaro from the US factories happily as I do enjoy my time visiting my good neighbours South of the boarder whenever I can.

Yea - because Target, Costco, etc... (any major retailer) would never hear of buying from other countries... NOT... Give Walmart a break, I buy their stock and they make me alot of money!

For me...anything conceived, manufactured (with American conceived and manufactured parts) and sold in America. But that really isn't a reality anymore. Every "American made" automobile is manufactured using parts sourced around the world.
Even when you think you are buying something that is putting money into the hands of American workers.....you really arent. Its a sad sad world we live in....but I still wouldnt want to live anywhere but the good ol USA.

Is it not American to buy into the free market? It seemed like a reasonable standard. I'm a craft beer guy myself.

Doesn't walmart hire very old people to be greeters and then put life insurance policies on them so they make money when they die?

Walmart is bad on so many levels.

It's a global economy so who cares where it comes from. Basic economics tells you if you buy the best product everyone benefits.

isn't a 5.9 billion dollar government loan considered a bailout? Because that's what they got in 2009.

My apologies. I got my timeframes mixed up, as well as my terminology (bailout vs loan - and apparently there is a difference in the Government's eyes). Thank you for the correction.
