Car is ss gen 6 procharger 3.85 with alkey control has about 18000 miles with this setup. Runs right at 12.5 to 12.9 afr. I put a 3.6 pully and made about 4, 0 to 100 hits. Then the motor just seized up at near idel right at the last hit. oil pressure was 70 tghrough the pull and 30 when it died. The back to rods got really hot turned the rods balck ad stuck the bearings to the journel.
Any help and input would be greatly appericated. I for sure dont want it to happen again. No ring lands broke and 13 on end gap.

So you were tuned for the 3.85 pulley... went down a pulley size without retuning it and car went boom. I would agree it was too lean and detonated. Piston before you cleaned it looks like it had a pretty good hotspot in the middle there where it's black

So if i put the fic injectors that do 30% more than the lt4 injectors is the high pressure and low pressure pump also needed? Say to run 12 pds and e85

For fueling DI only on E85 you will need... +30 injectors, LPE DI pump, and a low side upgrade(LT4 with JMS minimum, Cordes Aux better, Fore Triple pump best). The Cordes setup should work well.

On a 50 degree day I am hitting a peak of 12psi(10 psi average) and I am injector limited to E45 with LT4 injectors. When it gets above 60 degrees out I can run E60.

Fuel system-> LT4 injectors, LPE DI pump, LT4 tank with JMS. High side drops a little up top 2900 to 2600psi, Low side holds 70 psi, injectors right on the edge at 5.9-6.1 with a .81-.82 lambda target.

My next move will probably be +30 injectors, lower commanded rail pressure to 2400 psi, and that should allow me to move the E content back up to E60 in the winter and full pump E in the summer. This setup uses more volume and less pressure which gives the system a little more time to recover and keep fuel in the lines. At least this is what I experienced when tuning my brothers C7Z. It's heads/cam 2650 with 80mm pulley, FIC +30, LPE DI pump, cordes low side. Should be over 900whp on E.
