The SS holes will not all be covered and you would either need to swap deck lids out or weld and repaint like i did to my SS deck lid to install the GM Blade Spoiler....

Are you sure about that? Ask John. It might be okay since its and OEM available part. I would think if a car can be ordered with one then it should be okay.

This will very likely have NO effect at autocross speeds, so I don't see why you couldn't run it if you wanted it simply for looks.

I got the plate frame off eBay, though it may be the one that was added to Phastek.

That's what john told me, same goes for the OEM cold air intake (if it ever even comes out) even though it's OEM part it's still not legal.

You are most likely 100% correct, I could run it but based on what I was told if I started winning and one person bitched about my "added aero" I would have to take it off.
