Z/TA look the best IMO. I would consider doing this because you would be the only one around with it. Well at least where I live. It would turn a lot of heads and not be just your regular camaro

No on a TA, I always preferred camaros more. TA's always had the extra rockers and flares that add weight. Disco and TA's go together like beer and brats.

Just an attention grabber, some people would by it just to be different.
Remember every car has a seat for an ass to sit on.

I don't like them because first of all the shaker has no place on this car at all. The 5th gen is a retro 1st gen car, why do people love putting 70's crap all over them? I just don't get it. If anything, it should have a front and hood like a '69 T/A, not a stupid Smokey and the bandit car, those were a small piece in the world of the Trans-Am, yet its all people ever choose to see...irritates me. I am a huge Pontiac fan and these cars make me sick..Pontiac had put a lot of tech into their version of the F-Body over the years and it filtered down to other cars....they weren't just a Camaro with Pontiac badges on them until the last two gens....

I would not do it, I like the looks of my Camaro, I have seen many of these around Tampa and they do look very cool, they were done by a local body shop called Ronnie Setsers in Tampa.

I don't get this conversion. I loved Trans Am's; had a beautiful black '79. But, they don't make them anymore, no Pontiacs period so why bother, love your Camaro.

... this is just not right... the firebird end in 2002 being one of hte most sexiest cars ever made by GM/SLP I would take those 35K, buy a 2002 trans-am and install a Dana irs a 6 Speed 4l80 and a ls9 blower/heads/cam thats make much more sense to this trans-monster car...
