I've seen a few videos of Hedge Hollow. I heard about some media events that were possibly going to be there but didn't. Is the owner ever going to allow DE's, SCCA, NASA, anyone on?

First time out at Laguna Seca since I moved to Monterey back in January, was shooting for a 1:39 but just BARELY missed it, still not bad for first ever time at this track!

Tires = 315/30/18 Nankang AR-1 on 18x10.5 Apex EC-7R wheels
Mods = ZL1 1LE front Aero & DSSVs (-3F/-2R, needs more camber!), APR Wing, DTC 60 F&R, Castrol SRF, SW exhaust



Bonus video from the last session of the day when I talked Randy Pobst into going with me for a few laps! We didn't have in car comms so he ended up yelling at me about how bad my driving is lol learned a lot about what I'm doing wrong so I'm confident I can get well under that 1:40 next time out!

Palmer is a hell of a time and my favorite track by a long shot! If you've been there before i'm sure you get why lol

Such an amazing track, though I feel like I become a better driver with more seat time at Canaan than I do the other two as it has a lot more technical and challenging turns than the other two. Going to try and him Limerock next year as well, NHMS is a fun one as well but I haven't gone there yet in my 1LE, only have times in my old SS

It was my first time at Laguna Seca as well. However, I didn't put down sub 1:40 laps like Baddawg53 or super close ones like FNxR3dneck. Well done gents!

My takeaway... lots of opportunity with lines, brake zones, NLS and especially T2 and T6. Can't say I got anything just how I would like. However, I'm at least happy to have overcome some of the fearful/blind spots like T1 crest and the very blind Corkscrew. Sub 1:40 will(may) happen next time!
