top corner M8 bolts ARP head bolts?
what is this about? says the block is threaded for them but head is not drilled.

no one knows anything about the ARP head bolt kits that include top corner bolts?

I think they are talking about the Lt4 which has additional head bolts. So instead of having two kits, one for the Lt1 and one for the Lt4 they just make one kit that will take care of both.

Texas Speed says This head bolt kit will include the top corner M8 bolts that are already drilled and tapped in the block from GM. However, the holes are NOT drilled in the LT1 cylinder heads. I'm not sure why you'd need the additional head bolts, the LT4 heads have the drilled hole from the factory but there are some big hp Camaro's with the Lt1 one heads that aren't drilled.
