Can I make 700Whp with no cam or meth?

I have a D-1 Procharger now with headers and tune making 565Whp, Now how can I get to about 700Whp with no meth or cam or E85? Is that possible if I do Lt4 fuel upgrades and do the pistons and rods Etc can i get 700Whp or will I need at least meth? I’m trying to stay away from meth and e85 and cam if I can lol.

I cannot answer that.
But. If you are taking it apart why not take advantage of Increasing the fuel lobe and more air/ fuel in. A cam doesn't have to have a big lope and shake the car to do that.

pistons and rod don't add HP. Since you are in the block a cam is a no brainer. I tossed around maybe a AFM cam with 38 percent fuel lobe as maybe a cheaper way to go and maybe more dependable (less valve movement and spring pressure). But in the end I just with a Pray designed cam with proper fuel lobe. I was on gas for a long time, but now i've fully upgraded to corn and enough fuel to crater any engine that I'm thinking about. So really you will face the same decision, I would still be OK with an AFM cam and fuel lobe choice as IMO the fuel lobe is what you REALLY REALLY need.

So it probably can be done with an LPE HP pump, but going with cam is a whole lot easier way to get the HP and fuel. To me boost is heat and the least amount of boost you need to make your Hp goals the BETTER. A cam is a HUGE step in that direction. A set of ported heads and 2" headers are also very important in making the most HP with the least amount of boost.

In the next few years I'll probably put a stage III cam in just cause..

LT4 upgrades unfortunately won't get you there on pump gas. The LT4 stock fueling system limit is about 650whp on 93 pump and about 700whp on E85. After that you're in Meth territory, pricy fuel system hardware upgrades to injectors, HPFP, LPFP, or you're adding port fuel injection. More here:
https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=518330

If you're going to do the internals to get above 650whp on the LT1, why not do the cam as well. Why would you want to take it all apart twice?

Read the excellent threads by laynlo15 and parish8 for what they've done, and what they've learned from it. Oldman knows his stuff too

LT4 fueling will not come close to 700whp on E85 with a stock fuel lobe. You would be lucky to have enough fuel for 600whp on full E85.

You would have enough fuel system to do it on 93 but not enough octane. Lowering the compression to 10:1 like a LT4 would probably work since they seem to hit right close to that number with a ported blower and full bolt-ons with 93. Or you could probably get there on Race fuel.

I agree with others that if you are taking the engine apart you might as well just do a cam with bigger fuel lobe. It doesn't have to be large, do something mild like a LPE GT31 or a Jenetty smooth idle if you are concerned about drivability.

Only my opinion but considering where I am sitting I would say 700 is probably out of reach. Just got my car back from CSP last night and it made 653/618. And that's on 93 no meth.

Mods: Whipple 3.50 upper, LT4 fueling, kooks 2", Borla Atak, roto fab big gulp, NW 103 TB. DSS axles and Gforce driveshaft.

Ok so ur making 653 not bad on stock internals and no problems with no pistons goin yet? I wouldn’t mind 650WHP with upgrading my fuel stuff maybe I will shoot for 630-650WHP with fuel and a smaller pully.
