Coilovers or lowering springs

I have a 2017 SS and recently added some ZL1 wheels. I do not track or auto cross the car. I use it only for shows and taking long and short trips 6 months of the year. I like the idea of coilovers as then I can dial them in to the height I want. I would like to see what you guys have done especially in regards to ride quality. I do have some new BMR springs I bought shortly after I bought the car. Let me know your ride quality if you bought coilovers.

I loved the ride on the BMR springs. Really not much stiffer than stock. The fender gap was excellent, obviously this is opinion only, but I liked the look of it so much I set my coilovers at the same height.

Lots of different opinions on what's best, but I had zero regrets going with BMR

As long as the dampers are properly valved with intended spring rates and the type of driving you will be doing, coil overs will have no effect on ride quality. It's all in choosing the correct products for the intended purpose.

Not on my Camaro. But my last race car had Koni dampers converted to coil over and valved for the vehicle based on the chosen spring rate. Work on the suspension was performed by ProParts USA.
