Yea or Nay?
Today was offered a new 2019 in my first color choice (blue) with the trans I want (A10) and NAV, Sunroof, PDR, and hood insert. MSRP is $70,080. I can have it for $63,200 including doc fees but not sales tax. I could live without the sun roof but difficult to find one without.
That's basically 10% off MSRP. Wait for better price? Have to spend maybe $250 to pick it up and drive it home.

That’s basically the deal I got in November on a 2020 model year car. You can probably do a bit better on a leftover.
Mine was 67 and change sticker and I paid 60 and change. |

Hmmm, thought I was working a good deal, now not as sure. 2019 ZLE sticker 75,200 buying at 64,500, an A10 car. Haven't come close here in CA anywhere even on non LE cars.

Looks like a good deal to me. You can't beat instant depreciation completely if that's your concern, and 1LE's hold their value a bit better.

I’d remind the dealer that the 2021’s will be in production in a couple months. You should be able to do better than that on a 2019.

Depends on how much you want that car and what its worth to you.
Id say its a fair deal for both you and the dealer but would think you could do a bit better on a 19 but not much. Just ask and see what they say. I would take it if its the car you want otherwise. |

I think the OP is talking about a ZL1. For a 2019 at 63k is a bit much since you can find 2020s for that. I would shop around more and find one for between 58-60k on a 2019 ZL1 |

It’s a decent deal if that is the one you want! Sounds like it has all the options you are looking for with the exception of the sunroof, but if you can live with it then get the car! The new 2019s are getting fewer now so my advice is to go for it or hold out for a deal on a 2020 this year like around Labor Day or later. It’s not a bad deal though and you would be getting PDR, exposed weave CF hood insert and the A10 auto!

Here is what I received.

Bought the Satin Steel Gray Metallic. Was also looking at a Riverside Blue but it did have the sun roof which I don't care for and my last Camaro was Hyper Blue Metallic so went with the gray. Good Luck in your search/decision.
