MGW shifter
Has anyone bought and installed this shifter....looks like it would be more comfortable than the factory stock shifter....It's metal and polymer so wont to be cold in the winter....I'm ready to order....let me know....thanks.

Mine is sitting in the shop waiting for tomorrow to install. I gotta paint the laundry room in the morning and then I'm doing the install.. Wife got a washer and dryer she wanted for Christmas... Priorties... pay then play... hence the order of work... plus the driveway will be dammit cold that early in the am...I ordered one of the MGW shifter knobs also...The Gripper.... black SS emblem...

NNOOooooooooooo!
That knob can be put on the stock shifter. Here is a thread.
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...t=race+SS+knob I have that knob on the MGW shifter installed in my car and it is like a bolt action rifle. The knob is nice in the winter. Not cold. But if you touch the top with the small of your arm, tuning the radio etc, it is cold and can be kind of a shock! LOL.
