Need spoiler suggestions
I know it's an old discussion but let's see them spoilers suggestions, I wanna change my ss spoiler I thought of getting the zl1 along with wickerbill but damn those wickerbill extentions are expensive so I thought to myself if I'm in the budget for $300-500 I wouldn't mind installing something different, either way let's see pics of them spoilers 😍

I went with Kurt's Z/28 replica: https://www.aerosportconcepts.com/st.../Spoilers.html
Don't have any pics of mine but I could get some if so desired. I didn't get the wicker bill but am considering making my own one day.

I'm getting an Anvil notched spoiler for my ZL1. The ZL1 in Red Hot I will put up for sale. I wanted a carbon fiber spoiler to match the hood insert.

Anvil notch compared to the factory “spoiler”.

I received my Anvil notched spoiler yesterday. I'm happy with the product, not so happy with my old spoiler totally destroying the paint that was under it. Chipped paint down to the primer mostly near the end of the lid. The new spoiler almost completely covered where the old one was except a very small spot and in front of the middle area which wasnt damaged. I have some single stage in RedHot that Im going to try touching it up to at least get color back on it.

Wish I could say mine was cheap but I really wanted real carbon to match the ZL1 hood carbon. Not a perfect match but it is carbon. I really like the Z/28 one too.

The damage from the OEM spoiler is covered with the new one but will be exposed if the grommets raise the new spoiler too high.

I used these from Lowe’s. Pick what size you think you will need. They obviously compress a little when you tighten the spoiler down. You can see what mine did in a short period of time. Haven’t had a problem since I put the grommets in between.

Looks like a good idea! They would also help seal out water from going down the holes.
