Tape on door?
Hi guys. I just wanted to see if this was normal/what I need to do about it. This pic below is of my passenger door towards the bottom. There appears to be some kind of clear tape? It is on the other side as well. What is this and is it normal? Is it removable? Here is the pic, and info greatly appreciated:

It's a protective covering, like the Clear Bra. Check on your lower rocker panel, on the bottom, just behind the front tires, they're there too. It's normal.

Oh ok, that makes a lot of sense then. I guess that means they get to stay on there lol.
Thanks for the quick reply! |

Case-in-point: DON'T pull these off. My salesman when I bought mine pulled my top ones off thinking they were protective plastics from shipping; now they've left this incredibly gunky residue left that attracts dirt like none other; I can't even get it off with goo-gone.
Good job for asking on Camaro5, and not just thinking they're impermanent protectings! |

I removed mine too. The edges catch wax and look awful so I just peeled them off.
