TR6060 MG9 6-Speed Manual Transmission (New in Crate) SOLD

In original shipping crate. Originally, I purchased part number 95711144 which was a transmission and clutch kit. The clutch kit was sold separately, leaving a transmission only as part number 24264047.

The transmission weighs about 150 lbs. and the crate about 75 lbs. The size of the crate is 40” x 25” x 22”.

Doesn't look un-used to me. Witness marks around the mounting holes and such.

Please give me more detail of why you think this is used. I purchased this from Schram a number of years ago when they were selling off numerous transmissions and separately LSA crate engines. I guess it is possible that they sent me a used transmission, but that would be taking a risk to reputation and relationship if they did.

This has been sitting in my garage since it was delivered to me by the freight company, so nothing has changed to its status since the delivery from Schram

I don't think it looks used at all. All the "paint marks" on the trans signify that it is a complete new build, just like some of the parts on, or under our cars that come with the "paint markings" signifying new, and original. The only thing I can see is on the bellhousing bolt holes, there are scuff marks where it may have been bolted to an engine stand while it was being assembled. Not uncommon at all. The entire thing just looks "brand new", never used. It also has all the correct protection plastic caps in place as well. GLWS..

Is this a LSA, LS3(SS), or LS3 1LE tranny?

The MG9 is the heavy duty TR-6060 transmission used for the ATS-V, CTS-V, SS-1LE, ZL1 and Gen6 ZL1/1LE. This particular part number is 24264047 for the CTS-V transmission with ratios of 2.66, 1.78, 1.30, 1.00, 0.80, and 0.63.
