Yes it did. But the 3.73 gears in the Mustang....well.....you run out of gear pretty quick with the Whipple and low end traction was.....not good.

How are you liking your ZL1 A10 in comparison? I would love one but the price is just way more than I want to spend.

I love it. It's probably 125 or so less rwhp than my Mustang, but the transmission shifts so fast. So I think it makes up some of the difference. The power is more linear, vs my Mustang just felt like you were opening a can of dynamite when you hit the boost. Plus with mag ride and stuff it handles so good, but also rides so smooth when just cruising in touring. It's def much more comfortable on trips.

Good to know. Yes I agree about the can of dynamite comment. Sometimes it was amazing but sometimes it was kind of too abrupt/artificial......b/c like you said, power was not totally linear.

I was used to it, so it didn't seem tooo bad.. then I let my dad drive it and he was like whoa, I think this might be too crazy for the street. haha

After I put NT555R's on it, it was able to get a little more grip. The stock 275's would just roast in 1, 2 and 3. It was scary

The car is just sick with the 10 speed. I never considered taking the traction control off. Have you

I did the other day for a minute to leave a nice burnout up my parents driveway, haha. But no, I've been leaving it on. I've been doing track days in Sport Mode and it seems pretty good. (I'm a n00b) it only kicked in a couple times, but that was because I was taking a sloppy line and over driving it. Once I fixed that, traction control never even limits me. I'm gonna mess with the PTM modes some more now that I'm getting more comfortable on the track

Correct, but my point of negative equity has nothing to do with financing or not. Either way, he traded these cars in and received less than he could have gotten. The OP has money to spare and can afford it apparently. Most of us could not.

You nailed it brother! I had a 15 Roush mustang and my 2017 2ss fifty last year at the same time. Loved both cars but the no sunroof on the mustang was what made made me sell it.

Looks like the OP has a self control issue. If you can't control your speed or buying habits then yes, you may end up in prison, broke or dead.

On the Mustang S550 forum if I even mumble how much I enjoyed my Camaros and their handling and low end torque I get crucified by the same 3 or 4 members.

Do these clowns come to this forum and troll?

As I OWN a Mustang that is what I am accused of whenever I talk positive about the Camaros I've owned. Like jealous children, I guess.

And no smart-azz comments about me changing cars like socks.

Yea I see positives of both also and do miss my Mustang. Don't worry about what anyone says about money it is your to do as you see fit. That is no ones business...I change cars often and no one will tell me what to do with my income.

Now if the Mustang forum you were talking about is Mustang6g forum those people are sick. There is a dedicated crew that attacks EVERYTHING! I really couldn't take that forum.

Been on that forum and this one. Have no issues with either. You’re going have some brand diehards but I don’t take them seriously.

I do think the A10 is a game changer for the Mustang. It’s a very good transmission. The only seats I really like out of either car are the 1LE/ZL1 Recaros with full power. That’s my excuse for needing a ZL1. At least that’s what I tell myself

I had a 2008 Mustang for 7 plus yrs, 22,000 miles, cherry. The door panel inserts were coming unglued after 4 yrs and in the 5th year the console was peeling. BTW, car was garaged and covered parking at work.

Camaro is a major step up. No going back, for me
