2019 ZL1 A10 - Riverside blue

Hi there,
I hope I am not breaking any rules... Mods, please move this post if necessary.

I wanted you all to be aware of my 2019 ZL1 A10 that I just recently traded in. The Camaro was perfectly cared for and is stock with the exception of a RotoFab CAI and Borla exhaust. The car has a smidge over 9k miles and is in absolutely mint condition.

If you're interested in this car - it's at Princeton BMW in NJ. Please ask for Clint - he'll take great care of you. And tell him Erik sent you.

https://www.princetonbmw.com/invento...k1r62k0113820/

PS - Since there are people who obviously aren't familiar with buying used cars via a dealership, please ignore the posted price. If you're interested, call them up and you'll be able to get to a price that makes sense. The posted price is obviously WAY too high.

Sorry - I should have said on the original post...

This is used car post at a dealer - there is obviously going to be quite a large markup on the advertised price.

Trust me - if you're interested, call Clint at Princeton BMW and you'll get a very fair price. Will it be 1 or 2k more than a private party? Sure - but you also have a dealer standing behind the sale.

And for the record, I have no skin in the game whatsoever. I simply have bought several cars from Clint and he's a standup salesman - and also a huge car guy.

crappy price. and unless it's sold as a CPO from a GM dealer having the dealer behind the sale means absolutely nothing

A BMW dealer standing behind the sale of a used non-CPO GM vehicle? Holy shit, I'm dyin' over here man, thanks for the laugh

Give the OP a break, he didn't put the asking price on the car. He's just letting everyone know that there's a well cared for car available if you're in the market. It's up to the buyer, not him to negotiate the price. Besides, every dealer has different policies regarding asking price vs what they will take. The advertised means little until you talk to them.

Not a single one of them are probably in the market for a car either.

What I want to know is what was the trade in number.

Thanks - that's exactly what I was trying to do. Nothing more.

Thanks - it definitely got a lot of attention, that's for sure.

So I've wanted a muscle car since I was a kid. I finally decided to take the plunge and try this ZL1 out. For me, the fantasy of a muscle car is much better than the reality.

I traded this for a 2021 M4. I actually needed to wait for the BMW sales embargo to lift before I could take delivery of the M4.

Unfortunately, that's how most fantasies go! Enjoy the M4, it's a beautiful car.

We are all different, and that's very good. I could not imagine ever wanting a German car for myself, for several reasons. That said, the M4 is definitely a very powerful and capable vehicle.

On the fantasy front, the car I dreamed about as a kid was the Lamborghini Diablo, and although I could drive one if I really wanted to, I agree, sometimes your heroes are best left to remain fantasies.
