P2101 2010 v6

I recently ordered a cold air intake, i put it on and realised they forgot a peice to actually make sure it was correct, so instead of putting back on the oem airbox, i rigged it until i got the part in the mail, i had a few problems where the red air filter would fall off while driving, and it threw the car into low power mode and i shut it off and fixed it and turned the car back on and it was okay, the ne5 day my part came and i installed it correctly, still have the same issue.

I had the code scanned and it was “P2101 throttle actuator control motor circu range / performance

Does anyone know what would be causing this?

Maybe it's due to a mechanically stuck throttle blade on the electrically driven throttle actuator?
