Wait Wot?

Road tuning today. I love this cold air and apparently my LGT agrees. A Little tuck here and there. Practice, patience and common sense. FBO stock turbo. 93 e10.

2ND Gear peak 380 TQ x 345 HP (Three EIGHTY folks) but we stick with the 4th gear ramp run for reporting.



Peaks 360 TQ X 345 HP .......................................... 340 TQ X 340 HP @ 5252 rpm

I'm hoping that if the WM thing works out I can see a little bit of this in the summer.

well, I learned up on the GenV book and I have it here for reference, but I resaerch a lot and find new tidbits here and there. And of course always have my ear to the ground for when advise comes my way. The exhaust tone is more of this raspsy/ballsy note on accel and plenty of decel sputter ( is sbjective of course) and I haven't done the crackle tune. But every thing sounds like it should!

Cooper- Virtual Torque Section G in TTS book Vol3 is a really good reference, and I used it to deal with some troubleshooting. there isnt really any math per se', they suggest 15 percent adjustments.

Virtual Vol Eff - in the Air tuning book, I did try it and I didn't see tables I was excepting so I set them back for now. Im not entirely sure if they matter on LTG.

This was 4th gear pull on my test ramp. I am trying to see how where the TPS is affected, but I dont really think its a 'problem' just how the system manages itself. I think I am going to look in the turbo rpm/overboost tables.

If I shift at 6k instead of 6.2K this TPS / Axle Torque RPM Limiter is not showing up.


As opposed to in-line rowing through the gears. Higher reading in a ramp run. Interesting phenomenon.

Def see the throttle closing there. Not enough info in your chart to diag tho. If you want to shoot me that log over, I can tell ya whats closing it. Id suspect 'peak torque, or DD table.
