Eforce 2300 owners get rid of that clear fill neck!

I just got through adding the 2650 bracket and reservoir to the wifes car pretty much the same idea as ADMs lt4 blower swap to the SS or adding it to a 6 gen zl1.

It seemed that even after purging all the air out of the system she still had high iats a few days later but once I performed the refill and purge it was great. It turns out the car loses coolant through the overfill or vent tub just under the Edelbrock system fill neck cap. Sometimes you will see coolant on the ground and sometimes you will not because the plastic/felt belly pan will hide it.

So with the bracket, reservoir, 3 feet of 3/4 heater hose, 1 3/4 to 3/4 barn heater hose coupler, and 4 constant tension hose clamps you can fix this problem.

If you have a later kit chances are you already have the updated reservoir.. Her car was one of the 1st kits and appeared on AGG for the 2300 eforce install.

The upper hose of the blower will be removed use the 3ft section off heater hose plenty of room to bend with out bind (route down and under the ac lines attach to radiator shroud as it makes it way to the side inlet of the reservoir.

The hose on the bottom of the reservoir will use a combination of the pump hose and the upper blower hose you will take of joining together with the coupler. These hoses have to 90 degrees turns 1 on the bottom of the reservoir and 1 on top of the pump this will alleviate and kinks.

I just added a thin piece of 90 metal to the Edelbrock bracket and attached to the radiator cover since the normal mounting spot is taken up by a engine brace and catch can.

See pics if your not following me..

Do you know where I can get that cap for the reservoir? Mine seems warped and doesn't ever seal.

Do you know the part number for the reservoir, and are you using a bracket from the 2650 e force supercharger?
