Best Daily Driver Tires For 2018 SS 1LE

The eagle f1 Supercar 3s are badass tires but way too soft and not ideal for daily driving. I’ve picked up so much scrap in these tires, I had to order 2 new front ones this morning because I got a flat in my driver side sidewall.

So just for daily driving, are there better options available that won’t be so prone to picking up so much shit in the road and also getting more miles out of them?

Damn I thought the OEM ones were expensive. But if they’re worth it I’ll be investing in a set of those

Pretty hard to beat GYs for $726 at Tire Rack.

The fronts are showing out of stock though, unfortunately.

Yep, Michelin PS4S. I think the Continental ECS come in 1LE sizes too.

For all around dry/wet weather performance, tread life, and comfort I would go with the Michelin PS4’s

daily driver says little about what you need from the tire. Suggesting the PS4s when they guy apparently doesn't like sticky tires seems a bit off the mark.

The BFG's are good daily driver tires but are NOT for hard acceleration. Mine contiually break loose.

The PS4S are a slightly less sticky class of tire than the stock 1LE tires. Might work for OP, depending on where he is in Texas.
