How to disconnect door wiring harness

Anyone know of a thread or can easily explain how to disconnct the wiring harness on the doors? Battery died and after jumping the windows won’t budge. Saw somewhere that disconnecting the harness could help, but honestly(embarrassingly) have no idea what I’m looking at.

Thanks!

OK, I pulled the black hose rubber gasket out and it looks like that’s what I’m trying to get at, but how am I supposed to get my hand in there to disconnect, and more importantly reconnect the harness?

Did you check the fuses? The windows are not moving at all? If you open the door the window should lower a bit.

Have not checked them yet - but no movement at all - not even the tiny movement when you open/close the doors

I would try the following.
1. try to open/close the windows with the key fob.
2. Disconnect the negative pol from the battery for 5min. Reconnect and try again.
3.
4.

Maybe it's the motor itself, my car had windows but wouldn't move at all. Turns out the motor for it was dead, replaced motor and has worked ever since

I hope that’s not it, but it could be. Since it’s both I’m hoping it’s a random glitch, but I have an apt to drop it off on Wednesday at the dealer in case I haven’t solved it by then.

Unfortunately still persists - bringing it in Wednesday morning for them to look at it. I'll update with whatever the solution is when I find out!
