"T87A transmission control module (TCM) DO NOT require an UNLOCK." ???

Anyone have experience of TRIFECTA calibrations ?

They claim to have a ECM and TCM calibration for the SS A8 LT1 that will

"Actuate AFM (Active Fuel Management) via the Drive Mode Selector.
Tour Mode = AFM (V4 Mode) Enabled Sport Mode = AFM (V4 Mode) Disabled"

And that the TCM dont need to be sent in to do this TCM calibration.

So do anyone know anything about this company?

Would be interesting to know if someone have tried there calibrations and if it is reliable?

The 10-speed controller is the only one that has to be unlocked from my understanding.

The T87 from the 2016s I know don't have to be sent off, but I'm pretty sure the T87A that come in the 2017s and newer do.

I've looked around the tune file a bunch an quite curious how they are managing to use the Drive Modes as switch for the AFM. I just disabled mine, but would activate it again if I could use the Drive Modes as a switch.

Exactly what i would like to have to. Only have AFM in tour mode, thats how it should have come from factory.

2016 models can be tuned without sending off the TCM for unlock service.

2017 up must remove TCM and send off for TCM unlock service.

I live in Sweden and i have a A8 2017 camaro 6.2L LT1 NPP Euro spec stock vehicle. And im currently thinking of getting Roto-Fab CAI on it with a calibration for that.

I have a some questions that im sure you can answer for me.

1. Do you ship to sweden if i buy a Roto-Fab and a SCT tuner from you ?
2. If so does that give me your calibration that work with the Roto-Fab?
3. Do you sell the STC BDX Performance Programmer and would that work for your calibration and my car ?
4. Would i be able to chose to have AFM off or on when i load the calibration ?
5.Is it possible to have the AFM on or off linked to the drive modes or is that something that have to be done in a TCM calibration ? For example AFM just on in tour mode.

I dont mind AFM when im on the highway going on trips, i just dont like it on driving around town.

Sorry if i sound like a novice im just trying to get info on what options there is.

Yes we ship to Sweden.
As I said your car must be tuned with HPtuners not SCT.
Yes we Sell Bully Dog BDX but again no Trans support.
I turn off AFM in all my custom tunes.
NO sir.

You can not swap TCMs in a running car without visiting the dealer to sync the unit with your vin and security info with the other modules in the car.

Don't try the dealer. They are on back order AGAIN.... Probably because HPT was buying a ton of them and offering them pre-programmed to VIN and unlocked.

You will be limited to mud flaps and decals.

You can not do anything to this car for performance that does not require tuning.

You do have the option to skip tuning the trans but will leave some performance on the table.

I believe Hptuners sells the T87a unlocked direct and they program it for your vin but the cost is pretty high.

Buy the 4 credits to tune-200.00

It would be cheaper to just rent a vehicle for the week and send yours out.

I have $700 in my HPVI2 with 8 credits, HPtuners is on back order.
My wife said no more mods to a new car with warranty. I told her it's a disease I have called "drag racing" that I've had since 1987. She said I better find a cure really fast.
