Can't you just disconnect the actuators (both electrically and mechanically if necessary) and mechanically lock the valves closed? Or is there some risk of the valve shafts bending/binding under exhaust pressure at WOT/high revs and overworking the actuators when reconnected?

The track offered to sell a baffle that screws into the exhaust tip, or, goes in the exhaust pipe right before the stock muffler. PM me.
