changing f1 supercar tires to continental dws06 tires on new 1LE

Just got my new 2022 1LE, and I am considering switching from the OEM Goodyear supercar F1 tires to Continental DWS06 all season tires.

I am not tracking the car, its mainly going to be a cruiser and I really do not need ultra high performance summer tires. Also I would like to drive it on cold days in the winter when there is no snow.

Thoughts on switching over?

I'm all for freedom of choice, so far be it from me to criticize OP, but a 1SS 1LE for image is definitely strange.

As to the question, yes, those Conti all-seasons are pretty good and will last long, too.

Yes the car is being driven in NY, and the roads here are garbage. I bought the 1LE because I like the way it looks and handles, simple.

Tow hooks on the street annoy me. And they don’t make sense on the track either. It takes 30s to put one on if you needed it for you know a tow. lol

I think they look tacky.

(Sorry for the hijack )

I’ve got the Conti’s on my 21 2SS that came with the Goodyear summer only tires. I really like them. I don’t track the car, and the Conti’s perform well in all conditions. I’m actually looking to sell my original wheels with the original Goodyear summer tires that have 4,000 miles on them. If anyone’s interested, send me a pm.
