Yes. They have been axe'd. Only SS's will get the 1LE package. It was good while it lasted. I only seen 1 1LE V6 package on the road near me.

I’ve just placed an order for a new Camaro and the dealership seems to think that there will be a price increase for the 2022 models. The list that’s provided shows no increase. Thoughts?

I ordered a 2022 almost 2 weeks ago, and I was told the same thing. Apparently the increase was only $130 though.

Also I believe they raised the price for delivery.

I ordered my 2022 last week and the price stayed the same: $25,000 base with $1,195 destination charge. I think thats the exact same as 2021 MSRP.

I was playing with the configurator and noticed there are now two varieties of red knee pads listed under the interior options, one called "red" and one called "adrenaline red".

https://ibb.co/K0Tt74H

I only see one listed in this post, and I have a hard time believing GM would offer two colors so similar to each other. Does anybody know if this just another programming error in the configurator and the same thing is listed twice?

The 2022 Order book has 2 separate order codes for Red Knee pads:
Knee Pads, Red: 2F5
LPO, Red Knee Pads: WHA

Interesting...I wonder if there's really a difference and what makes one of them LPO. The images in the configurator look identical, but that doesn't really mean anything. I'm sure either would be fine, and they cost the same - I'd just be annoyed if they don't match the adrenaline red portions of the seats. I'll try to remember in 6-8 months when I finally get the car to post a pic and comment about which one was actually used

LOLz that their “fix” for the CA brake pad situation is a $500 option. Can’t say I blame them but for some reason I was assuming all pads would be updated this year, and didn’t think it would result in a $500 tax to CA purchasers.

99.9% likely it's a programming error (different textual keys entered for the same underlying product), the likelihood of GM using two genuinely different red interior leather colors so close to one another is infinitesimal. Even though their option codes do differ, these are still very-very likely the same, since the 2022 order book shows one LPO for the 1LS and another for all other trims.

Feels like a royal mess all around, but I'm sure there is a fair enough reason lurking somewhere in the assembly process.

As an FYI, if you order Rapid Blue and want Red Hot Spider Stripes, you'll have to order separately. You can't order with the car. Not sure why, you could with Shock. Part Number is GM 84356660 for a convertible and GM 84356655 for the coupe.

I too would like to understand the difference. I ordered mine with the JF5 at $250, before the sport pedal kit was live in the configurator.
