Insurance for the ZL1 isn't cheap, or is it?
So I have state farm insurance. My monthly cost is $204.
Is it just me or does that number seem high for a 37yr old man without a claim in well over 10 years. Hell, my payment is only $150 more than that a month. I do live in the city of Pittsburgh and I rent, but it just seems excessive, especially since I've seen YouTubers at 21 with less expensive insurance. I'm not complaining, I can afford it, but there has to be less expensive insurance that still offers quality coverage, right? |

Way too many variables. Not even worth your time to see people’s numbers.

I'm around 1100 for the year too. I'm 39, thought it was high but I haven't gotten around to shopping yet.

My ZL1 is cheaper in TN than my Subaru Forester was in FL. I’m about $1,050 a year, Farm Bureau, 36 years old, got a few tickets. 100/300/UM/etc etc.

My insurance only went up about $20.00 more for the ZL1 over what I was paying for my 2016 2SS! I have multi car and home owners bundled thru State Farm and 62 years old.

Mine just went up from $45 mo to $56 mo for no reason other than Allstate needs their semi-annual 20%+ raise. Age 62

You'll probably need to shop around. Every time I buy a new car, I'll shop around. There're so many variables between areas and companies, that it's impossible to say what a good rate for each person is. Like Allstate was 3 times as much as State Farm for the same coverage.

Way too many variables. Where you live has a huge impact. The type of coverage and your deductibles are going to influence your payments. Some companies give discounts for 6 month premiums paid in full instead of monthly.
10K / 20K /10K insurance with $1,000 deductibles will be less than $250K / $500K / $250K with $250 deductibles and a $3M umbrella policy. Insurance in Louisiana (very high uninsured motorist rate) California or Florida will be more than in Kansas, Iowa or North Dakota. This doesn't even begin to touch on the specialty insurance rates with declared mileage and values.
