Bose no sound sometimes

Has anyone else had no sound from the speakers? This has happened to me twice now. After it sat a bit and I went to leave it all works fine. The first time it happened I turned the car off and let it sit for a min, then re started it and still nothing came out. But when I drove it and turned it off let it sit in parking lot for about 10-15 min, it all works fine. Not sure if this has been brought up before, I did search and didn't see anything. Car is new, only 2200 miles.

Not sure if this is the same problem, but I find that sometimes the infotainment does not seem to "boot up" properly.
I almost always listen to music via USB. Sometimes toggling to radio and back to USB will get it to play. Sometimes nothing works short of turning off the car.

I have the best success at avoiding this scenario by waiting a few seconds once I sit in the car and the door is closed. I wait for the Camaro logo to stop splashing across the instrument display and then start the car. A bit annoying on a hot day, but I think this works. Every once in a while I don't pay attention and that's when I get the infotainment "freeze."

I have never experienced this on my 2018, the only glitch is the occasional disappearance of some settings after a remote start, which I hardly use anyway. Seems GM may have fixed some issues between 2017 and 2018.

I really think my problem has to do with the system "polling" the USB and getting confused if something interrupts that process.

I'm starting to think you might be on to something, because I do have a usb cable plugged in but nothing attached to it. It could be that. I was starting to think maybe it was getting confused when both key fobs were in the car also. It don't bother me much because the exhaust has a better sound anyway.

I doubt it senses a bare cable attached.
The other thing to check is if you have an infotainment update pending. On the newer camaros that causes trouble.

sometimes in my 2015 SS Sedan the mylink would go "silent" after hours of operation. also no turn signal clicks, since they are from the speakers too. it happened a couple times on cross country cannonball . only way to clear it was to stop car and allow coldest of reboots. so i just drove faster (utah salt flats - I-80. check it out.)
