Break in oil recommendations

I’m building a new engine. Using a new bare block, new crank, pistons, rods and cam.. what break in oil do you all recommend using to get the rings seated and sealed

The BEST break in OIL is AMSOIL. Typically you leave it in the engine for the first 500 miles. I personally use 15W-50W AMSOIL Racing Oil AFTER the engine is broken in but it doesnt get really very cold down here in TEXAS.
